- 9:00–10:00 AM
• On-ice session (first ice slot, as currently scheduled)
10:30–11:15 AM
• Dryland training
11:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Lunch break
• For parents, we recommend that they may either pack a lunch or purchase food from the rink restaurant
12:00–12:45 PM
• Chapel / Bible study (optional) bring bible if possible
• held in the common area of Rink
• We are a Christian based coaching staff, and while we teach elite hockey development, our greater goal is to share the Word and build strong character alongside athletic growth
1:30–2:30 PM
• Second on-ice session
• This session is tailored toward skating & skills development
